1. General

ZTinting Guy provides professional window tinting services across residential and commercial properties in Greater Melbourne and Victoria.
All services are subject to availability and acceptance of a formal quote.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

2. Quotes & Bookings

All quotes provided are free and valid for TBC by Watson days.
A booking is confirmed once both parties agree to a date and time via phone or email.
Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or additional services are requested on-site.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required TBC by Watson (e.g. upon completion / 7 days from invoice).
We accept the following payment methods: TBC by Watson (e.g. EFT, credit card, cash).
Late payments may incur fees or result in service delays.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking with TBC by Watson hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within less than TBC by Watson hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Guarantees and Warranties

We offer a one-month labour guarantee and price match guarantee on all installations.
Film product warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Our team will provide you with care instructions to maintain the longevity of your tint.

6. Liability

While all reasonable care is taken during installation, ZTinting Guy is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to glass or window frames
Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance
Delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. weather, access issues)

7. Use of Website

The content on this website is for general information only. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any content.
You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security or operation.

8. Intellectual Property
